Hi There!

Am excited to be part of e-learning in Sedibeng West District, VanderbijlPark. I am convinced that ict's can make a big impact as a vehicle in curriculum delivery. One of my challenges when visiting schools to support them through e-learning is that for starters i do not have connectivity myself. It is therefore an impediment when educators ask me to show them how Thutong Portal works. If my laptop had connectivity, i would connect my data projector and this would be exciting. Most of my schools do not have connectivity as yet, but i can't stop energising them with e-learning. At one school educators have started giving learners assignments to research but the challenge is that the educators do not accompany them. I am thrilled with the enegry learners have to be in the GoL Lab. To me ict's can change the education landscape.

Hi All This is exciting to see how technolgy is slowly changing our societies, I am not and Educator but onvolved in the implementation on ICT with Curriculum in the Western Cape by means of support system provided by N.G.O's.

We help Educator on a basic level of computer literacy basics, build their confidents along with every new technolgy that comes in the  schools eg: Laptops, Interactive Whiteboards, Data Projectors and also introduce them to new technological innavasions.

We try the best to equip Educators to be confident in delivering lessons to their learners.

I'm excited that there's still continuity in developing our learners especially in the world of technology.
