We need some assistance regarding 'Foundation for learning". The admin of planning is more enough reason te be 'scared' because as teacher we did not focus as much as we should on some of the  LO & AS.

Hi Maggie 

I am not so sure about all the things that is needed. There is a lot of duplication and that is frustrating.

Im a Grade 1 teacher I would like to know if

  •  the LO & AS should appear on the recording sheet (because the LO & ASs are on the assessment programme)
  • Do we need to change the timetable according to the gov. gazette- prescribed times for different activities

Hi Hasiram,

I am in the Fet phase actually, but it would be cool for me to find out what you skatties are  doing in the Foundation phases.

I put the LO's and AS's in the recording sheet as it just makes it easier for me to keep track of what has been done and to find stuff. I don't know if it is a govermental requirement. But what I will do is to refer your querie to the subject advisor for Foundation phase at National ....and get back 2 u!!!
