Both economics and business studies we are having what we call the factors of production as far as the cormmece is concern without  these factors of production being applied production process cannot take place, this is interesting topic which I think you can present, this topic has a lot of information which you can use to teach learners (1) the charactors, (2) advantages and disadvantages so I would advise you to go for it.
