Schools in the UK have introduced an exciting way of promoting Geography in schools. They have done this through formation of Geography Ambassadors in schools. The ambassadors become the geography role models to inspire and enthuse other learners to choose the subjectat option time. They engage in lively presentations on all aspects of studying geography and career options. These learners gain valuable personal development skills and experience that builds their confidence by encouraging the next generation to study geography.
