• The organisation and administration of any building project is an essential part of the building process and it is important for the learners to know this process to give perspective to this learning area.
• The following guidelines should be considered:
• o Needs analysis.
• o Discuss the selection of a site.
• o Discuss the roles and positions of the members of the building team (See annexure A).
• o It is important that learners will be exposed to real life situations in the field and not only taught in the class room.
   

The above mentioned is applicable to all the grades and is an important guideline but it will not be assessed. Refer to the attached document for more information.
